The Enterprise Command and Control Centre (EC3) at Dubai Road and Transport Authority (RTA) stands as one of the world’s largest and most advanced control centers. The EC3 plays a vital role in monitoring and managing daily events, special occurrences, and unplanned incidents, facilitating strategic decision support and crisis management for RTA management and other RTA’s Operational Control Centers (OCCs).

TACME’s Involvement: As the Single System Integrator, TACME has been awarded a three-year contract to support the ongoing development and operations of the EC3. Our approach combines system development, EC3 operations, and all necessary support activities in an agile manner to ensure continuous improvement and adaptability.
