The UAE Ministry of Interior (MOI) recognized the need for an e-transformation project that would provide multiple services over a web portal to the government, businesses, and citizens. The MOI portal and e-services were developed and maintained by TACME

The portal has been awarded the only website under the Government 5-star rating category according to the star rating system for federal government entities.

Solution: TACME was contracted to design and develop a portal solution using TACSoft content management system for the UAE Ministry. The portal solution aimed to provide about 200 e-services for G2C, G2B, and G2G serving different sectors such as civil defense, federal crime security, traffic licensing, punitive & reformatory among others.
